Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle billing inquiries
- Perform nightly audit reports and reconcile daily transactions
- Respond to guest emergencies and security concerns
- Monitor property security systems and access control
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
