Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and daily financial transactions
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late-night arrivals with precision and warmth
- Oversee security protocols and respond to guest emergencies overnight
- Generate daily revenue reports and audit POS system accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and service requests
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
