Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas following hotel standards
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain inventory of supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to sanitation protocols and safety procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless service transitions
- Manage time efficiently to meet room turnover targets
- Handle guest requests with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic English communication skills
