Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed 5-star standards
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities with precision
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly via digital systems
- Adhere to safety protocols including bloodborne pathogen training
- Collaborate with overnight security and front desk teams seamlessly
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality assurance documentation
- Operate commercial-grade equipment (floor scrubbers, extractors) efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail with visual inspection abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction and report writing
