Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and accurate guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying all identification and payment details.
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and responding to emails and in-person inquiries with professionalism.
- Monitor building security protocols and access points to guarantee a secure environment for all guests and employees.
- Handle overnight packages, mail, and special delivery requests with care.
- Conduct nightly facility rounds to inspect common areas, restrooms, and meeting rooms for cleanliness and safety.
- Report any maintenance issues or emergencies to the management team immediately.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized, welcoming, and professional condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Property Management Software (PMS) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
