Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional check-in and check-out services, ensuring all guest inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.
- Operations Management: Oversee hotel operations during the night shift, including security rounds, key management, and facility monitoring.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for emergency services and maintenance requests, communicating effectively with the day shift team.
- Revenue Management: Process incoming reservations accurately and update the Property Management System (PMS) in real-time.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues calmly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare daily reports, manage mail, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and standard office software.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
