Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with precision and efficiency during overnight hours
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Monitor security systems and ensure property safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Process check-ins/check-outs and handle financial transactions
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Portland's nightlife scene preferred
