Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel premises and ensure guest safety through regular patrols and surveillance checks
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warm professionalism
- Respond immediately to guest requests and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts including billing inquiries
- Prepare detailed shift reports and handover documentation for day teams
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, security, and service excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for property errands)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
