Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and assistance requests
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Perform nightly audits, reconciliation of daily transactions, and accurate reporting
- Manage inventory for front desk and back-of-house supplies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
