- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols throughout the night
- Manage front desk operations, handle reservations, and process payments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform nightly room inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Complete detailed shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
