Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Manage guest requests for room service, maintenance, and special accommodations
- Perform nightly reconciliation of cash registers and financial transactions
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
