Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out, including reservations management and payment processing
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and public area maintenance during shift rotations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Operate hotel systems including POS, key card programming, and communication tools
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless shift transitions
- Monitor security protocols and report maintenance concerns to management
- Complete daily shift reports and uphold brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel management systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail in financial transactions and guest documentation
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in fast-paced environments
