Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance, including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests during overnight hours
- Monitor property security through regular patrols and surveillance system oversight
- Perform deep cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house facilities
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism, following established protocols
- Coordinate with day shift staff for seamless transition of guest information and operational tasks
- Prepare daily activity reports and incident documentation as required
- Maintain inventory control for overnight supplies and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and emergency response training
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) preferred
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Excellent communication skills in English
