Responsibilities
- Manage nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Ensure all guest rooms and suites are spotless, tidy, and fully stocked with amenities.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Process payments, reconcile daily financial reports, and prepare end-of-shift paperwork.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a focus on luxury service.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic math is a plus.
