Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Process financial transactions, including cash, credit cards, and vouchers, ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular rounds of the property to ensure safety and compliance.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly via phone or in-person.
- Prepare nightly reports, including occupancy rates and revenue summaries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, guest services, or night auditing is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
