Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel premises and ensure guest safety during overnight hours
- Efficiently manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Perform routine property inspections and maintenance checks
- Handle emergency situations with composure
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid driver's license (if required for property inspections)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
