Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct regular safety patrols of the property.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone or in person.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping activities for the next morning.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and POS systems.
