Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the night.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol hotel premises to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during off-hours.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage late check-outs.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and guest incidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software.
- Reliable transportation is required for night shift shifts.
