Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor and maintain hotel security protocols, ensuring guest safety and property protection
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and facility upkeep
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction standards
- Manage cash operations and process payments accurately for late-night services
- Conduct regular property inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Collaborate with day shift staff for seamless transition of information and responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, especially in night shift roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and reservation software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for late-night shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special event nights
- Must be 21+ years old to comply with alcohol service regulations
