Responsibilities
- Guest Assistance: Provide friendly and professional support to guests during evening hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge requests.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the hotel lobby, hallways, and common areas throughout the night.
- Security Oversight: Monitor security cameras and conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.
- Reception Support: Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk operations, including handling messages and mail.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies in the lobby and break areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are the most important qualifications.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs) for extended periods.
