Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel premises and ensure guest safety during overnight hours
- Perform comprehensive guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and anticipate needs proactively
- Execute nightly room inspections and facility maintenance checks
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain property security protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering teams for seamless operations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (if required for property runs)
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
