Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and brand standards
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure quality assurance
- Coordinate with security team for overnight access protocols
- Handle guest requests with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals
- Background check and drug screening required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
