Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Restocking: Ensure guest rooms are stocked with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities.
- Inspection: Perform pre-check inspections to ensure all tasks are completed and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Laundry & Housekeeping Supplies: Sort and process linens, towels, and uniforms; ensure housekeeping carts are fully stocked and organized.
- Safety & Security: Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel security regulations during the night shift.
- Guest Interaction: Provide a welcoming and professional greeting to guests as they enter the hotel during your shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a hotel environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
