Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Make beds and change linens according to our strict quality assurance protocols.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, furniture, and surfaces throughout the property.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins and replace liners when full.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work nights (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential; we value dependable team members.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 30 lbs).
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Basic English proficiency for following instructions and communicating with the team.
