Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Sanitation: Thoroughly clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using approved cleaning agents.
- Bed Making: Strip and remake beds according to strict hotel-standard checklists.
- Laundry: Collect, wash, and fold linens and towels as required.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Restocking: Ensure all cleaning supplies and amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Reporting: Immediately report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to adhere to a consistent shift schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
