Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in compliance with brand standards.
- Restock guest amenities and supplies (soap, shampoo, towels) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the maintenance team immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are stored and used safely.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Follow time management protocols to complete assigned rooms efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
