Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Cleaning: Execute deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Restocking: Monitor inventory and replenish cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure a fully stocked space.
- Organization: Maintain orderliness in closets, pantries, and living areas, organizing items for optimal efficiency.
- Sanitization: Follow strict hygiene protocols to sanitize high-touch areas and ensure a safe environment for residents.
- Inspection: Perform final walkthroughs to ensure all tasks are completed to our "Premium Standard" before departing.
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the property management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to arriving on time for the weekend shift.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, stains, or missed spots to ensure a spotless finish.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between appointments.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening as required.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
