Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to meet Apex's high standards of hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and in pristine condition.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to the supervisor immediately.
- Organize closets, storage spaces, and laundry areas efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all chemical safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with property management and guests.
- Ensure the security and safety of the property during your shift.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory; we offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
