Responsibilities
- Greet and Register Guests: Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and manage reservations.
- Operational Support: Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries regarding local attractions and hotel services, and manage the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Address guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Security and Compliance: Verify guest identities, secure payment information, and adhere to all safety and security protocols.
- Maintenance Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software are a plus.
