Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests as they arrive and depart, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Operations Support: Assist with managing the front desk, including answering phones, processing payments, and managing room assignments.
- Communication: Relay important information to housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are prepared promptly.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a high standard of appearance and conduct, representing the hotel's brand values at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform light clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the lobby area's cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on courtesy and friendliness.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism: Must be able to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
