Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain guest account records
- Operate property management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local area recommendations
- Ensure lobby and common areas remain pristine and welcoming
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (flexible shifts)
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
