Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Perform daily room cleaning and public area maintenance to brand standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems for food/beverage transactions
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for conference/meeting rooms
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and amenities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
