Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize residential homes including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface disinfection
- Change linens, make beds, and organize household items with precision
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding
- Stock and replenish household supplies (soap, paper products, etc.)
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow client-specific cleaning preferences and safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Qualifications
- Must be 15-19 years old (valid work permit required if under 18)
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout San Diego
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow instructions independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including weekends and after-school hours
- Basic physical stamina for standing, bending, and light lifting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
