Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest supplies, towels, and toiletries to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately to the management team.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest attire as required.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
