Responsibilities

  • Guest Services: Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs for late-arriving guests while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming phone lines, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
  • Financial Accuracy: Reconcile daily hotel accounts, process credit card transactions, and verify billing information with precision.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel front desk operations, guest services, or a related hospitality role.
  • Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business administration coursework is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
