Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, predictive AI models for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-tech solutions into our core product suite.
- Optimize system latency, data throughput, and energy efficiency for edge computing environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced software engineering and AI best practices.
- Define technical roadmaps for predictive analytics and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
