Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Quantum AI integration by 2026, aligning with Apex Horizon's long-term vision.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures capable of handling complex neural network training.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE) tailored for real-world business applications in finance and logistics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of quantum physicists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging quantum technologies, publishing papers and patents to establish Apex Horizon as a thought leader.
- Collaboration: Partner with external research institutions and industry leaders to pilot cutting-edge quantum technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years of direct experience in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch; deep understanding of quantum gates, superposition, and entanglement.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects from conception to deployment.
- Innovation: Strong ability to translate abstract theoretical concepts into practical, deployable software solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
