- Perform deep cleaning of residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Organize and maintain clutter-free spaces while respecting clients' belongings
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and specialized equipment safely
- Follow detailed cleaning protocols and maintain consistent quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding preferences and special requests
- Track cleaning supplies and report inventory needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in private homes
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Trustworthy with excellent references
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning products preferred
