Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Organize and maintain clutter-free spaces in client homes
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and specialized equipment safely
- Adapt cleaning routines to specific client preferences and home layouts
- Conduct thorough quality checks before completing each service
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping or residential cleaning experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25lbs repeatedly
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Background check and drug test required
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
