Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and folding
- Organize and maintain clutter-free environments throughout client homes
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and specialized equipment safely
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and maintain consistent quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding preferences and special requests
- Track inventory of cleaning supplies and recommend replenishment needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in high-end residential settings
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot cleanliness imperfections
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to various Portland locations
- Strong time management skills with ability to complete tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
