Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Change linens, make beds, and organize closets/storage spaces
- Handle delicate fabrics and specialty surfaces with proper techniques
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Follow client-specific cleaning protocols and maintain service quality standards
- Report maintenance issues and communicate with property managers
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products
- Spanish language skills a plus
