Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Change linens, make beds, and organize bedrooms to hotel standards
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, and folding
- Restock household supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning products
- Follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding specific preferences
- Report maintenance issues and ensure property security
- Maintain professional appearance and punctuality at all assignments
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train everyone!
- Reliable transportation to various Oakland locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)
