Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of all living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms using industry-leading techniques
- Perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation throughout residential properties
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of fine fabrics
- Stock and replenish household supplies, toiletries, and amenities to client specifications
- Adapt cleaning protocols to accommodate unique property layouts and client preferences
- Conduct thorough end-of-service inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate professionally with property managers and homeowners regarding special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury residential settings
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot and address imperfections
- Trustworthiness with impeccable references and clean background check
- Proficiency with eco-friendly cleaning products and advanced equipment
- Flexible availability including weekends and occasional holidays
- Basic knowledge of textile care and stain removal techniques
