Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adapt to specific client preferences and maintain consistent quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Complete cleaning assignments efficiently and within scheduled timeframes
- Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for client property
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train all team members
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable transportation to various client locations across Tucson
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout shift
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
