Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Change linens, make beds, and organize closets with precision and attention to detail
- Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Stock household supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning products
- Follow client-specific cleaning protocols and maintain strict confidentiality
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and team supervisors regarding service needs
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train all new hires
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Willingness to attend paid training sessions (first 2 weeks)
