Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to meet our high standards of excellence.
- Strip and make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize all surfaces.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
