Responsibilities
- Maintain a pristine environment in guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to strict quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Execute thorough cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms to a spotless finish.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors during your shift.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and shift coverage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours) while performing physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
