Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, restrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked and ready for guest use.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to time management skills to complete cleaning tasks efficiently during your shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
