Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential interiors, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring all fixtures and appliances are spotless.
- Make beds and change linens according to strict quality standards.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities in guest and common areas.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and team members.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages within the property to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
