Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for AI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Design secure AI systems resistant to quantum decryption threats
- Develop real-time quantum machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
- Research and implement quantum-resistant cryptography protocols
- Collaborate with academia to publish breakthrough findings in quantum-AI integration
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in high-performance computing or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in distributed systems and parallel computing
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical solutions
